Voice activated navi vs. touch screen

RDX Owners: Does the new voice activated navi allow you to view just the arrow directions without the map like the older touch screen model?
I have the touch screen on my TL and I love it. I think I'm going to miss it.

yea if u use single screen and press 'map' twice, i think it will let u... but it might have this other thing on the left... not sure
