Samsung Intensity hands free issue

Last weekend I purchased a Sumsung U450 Intensity from Verizon. After two attempts I got the phone to pair-so far, so good. Made two phone calls, still no issues. Then on the third call, the MID displays "In Use" but no sound is coming through the speakers. Try this a couple of times, no joy.

I deleted the profile and set it up again, same results-works for a couple of calls, then I get no sounds.

The Acura site has this phone as fully compatible and Verizon loaded the latest software, but the issue won't go away. I did see on the Verizon "community that a couple of TL owners had the same exact issue, but none note a solution.

Anyone else having this problem with Samsung products and if so are you aware of a solution? Could this be an issue with the HFL?

Now Acura lists the Samsung Intensity as incompatible. When I bought the phone, Acura listed it as compatible. I'm thinking Acura owes me the $35 restocking fee I was charged by Verizon, think I'll have any luck?
