Keys not recognized

Hi all,
My ac was not working and I thought I might have ruined my interior fuse box. After replacing it, the car will start for a couple of seconds, shut off, and flash the green key signal.happens with both of my keys and was not an issue before I swapped the fuse box. Any ideas? FYI I tested every fuse and relay (interior and engine) and they are all good.
thanks.

I'm not sure how replacing the fuse box did it, but it sounds like the ignition is not recognizing or receiving the signal from your transponder. I'm not sure if this is something broken from the fuse box replacement, or if maybe it is something "out of sync" or similar, to where a dealer can just reprogram the car to the key fob transponders. You can also try the re-learn process, but I believe that only codes the remote to the car and not the key itself (i.e. lock/unlock). So, not sure it'll help your situation.

I had 13 errors on my 06 Tl, replaced the fuse box and all issues were fixed. No programming was needed.
