Hertz Dieci speakers?

Have the (typical?) blown front and rear door speakers in my 07 Tech. Audio shop I'm working with recommended Hertz Dieci DSK 165.3 component for the front and DCX 165.3 coaxial for the rear. From the research I've done it seems that Hertz are solid and good sounding speakers.

Anyone have experience with them? Thanks!

better than OEM for sure. not great for SQ. I purchased a set of Hertz Mille' component front for my previous car along with audison amps and focal speakers for the rear and sub. the sound quality from the hertz speakers if you are wiling to pay a little more is amazing. but if you are on a budget and not an audiophile these speakers will still impress. I look forward to having the funds to do the system in my RDX one day.

Any recommendations on best bang for the buck for the guy? Im looking in the range of Alpine SPR-60c. I had Polk MM6501 in my civic that sounded great.

I'm going to drop by another shop in the next day or two to get a second opinion. I'll follow-up with their recommendations.

Hertz are very good speakers however these days seems like everything is made in China, YES hertz is made in china now no more Italian made goodness. I buy german now. Lastly the Hertz Deci line is one of the lower lines and should do jut fine. I just purchased another stock speaker for my wifes RDX, if any more go I am going to replace the entire damnn system

Went with a set of Hertz Dieci component in the front and JL TRs coaxial in the rear. Sound is radically better.

Installer left one of the OEM speakers in the car. Not sure why, but it gave me a chance to see how stupidly small the magnet is.

Hoping this is the last money I'll need to spend on the audio.
