Use of ethanol fuel in an RDX?
Does anyone know of any disadvantages of using ethanol-based fuel, such as that from Husky / Mohawk in Canada? (e.g. http://www.myhusky.ca/you/fuel/ethan...nded_fuel.html)
When I bought my RDX, one salesperson said to fill up at Chevron (because it contains Techron) and the other salesperson (who did the delivery of the car) said to fill up at Mohawk because it is nearby and is cheaper for the 92 octane fuel.
I don`t mind either one (though the closer proximity of Mohawk would be more convenient)...as long as mechanically, the ethanol in the fuel doesn`t harm the car. (I am assuming Chevron doesn`t have ethanol.)
Thanks in advance!
