I'm very close to trading away my Subaru OBXT w/ NAV. But this would apply to someone trading any vehicle with a NAV/Information system. It struck me is that I need to wipe out all the stuff I've entered into the NAV - my address, my parents, my work, Dr. appointments and reminders I put into the calendar. I'd hate to leave it up to someone else to clear this stuff out. Just a reminder to others who have nav's and personal data in them. Maybe soon manufacrurers will have single button for this

 

erm...doesn't your navi' - had the setting t0 - SET EVERYTHING BACK TO DEFAULT or RESTORE ALL TO FACTORY SETTINGS?
That should wipe our everything?

 

ya i believe the rdx has the ability to set back to default or factory settings.
