RDX trans filter

Howdy,
I'm new to the site... I have a 2010 RDX FWD w/2.5 Turbo engine. My service minder is telling me to change the automatic transmission fluid. Question: Is there a trans filter? RockAuto is inconclusive... It shows two filters; one little cylindrical cartridge from Beck/Arnley, and another filter that's for trans code BWEA. How do I tell if I've got the BWEA trans?

Thanks, Mike

You do have a transmission filter but it isn't serviceable unless you disassemble the transmission.

OK, Thanks. I thought maybe there'd be a pan to drop or something. I'll just change the ATF then.

Thanks again, Mike

No problem. I wish there were also. Check the diy section and the latest procedure requires a drain and fill 3x in order to do a proper flush. I am going to adopt what others are doing and changing out the atf every other oil change.
