Pricing help

Edmunds shows dealer retail at $28,8xx which doesn't take into account CPO. Edmunds trade-in value is $25,1xx plus reconditioning. BMW's seem to charge an extra $1000-1,500 for CPO certification and Acura is probably in the same ballpark. If you made two offers, you're negotiating with yourself. Sit back and wait unless they made a counter-offer...but just depends on how badly you want this car.

i think your offers are fair enough...my thing is the base 09 would have sold new for around 30-32, so their selling price is not fair at all. Throw in a mid cycle refresh and 13k miles...they are laying on a rock if they dont move that car for a much better price. High 27's is more than reasonable

Guess Im just surprised since this car has been on his lot since Feb, and I had pen in hand ready to go. I overheard the convo between salesman and manager and heard him snicker, which really put me off, too. I know Im coming in low price wise, but I could have done without that, especially since Im a repeat customer.

then let their RDX sit longer and go somewhere else, salesman dont go away quietly, im sure ull hear from someone...if they think that they will sell the truck at their sticker, they are laughing at themselves, or the idiot that would actually pay for it. Considering you could get a new base model AWD negotiated down to like 32, it could just be the dealer.
