I saw a guy a few months back who put the 3G TL Brembo brakes on his Honda CR-V (I don't remember for sure, but I think he had a 3G CR-V); he claimed many of the front suspension components were identical between the CR-V and the TL and it was a simple plug and play upgrade; he did need to use new wheels as the CR-V wheels didn't clear the Brembo calipers. My understanding is the 1G RDX is built off of the 3G CR-V, you might be in luck and be able to literally bolt on the knuckles and splash guards from a 2004-2006 TL 6MT or any of the 2007-2008 Type-S models, and then mount the Brembo brakes to them.

It’s been done. Just need a little machining to the calipers to clear and use 2nd gen RDX rotors. No other changes needed other than spacers or proper wheels to clear the calipers.
