PIAA 9005 Extreme whites for DRLs
I was wondering if I put PIAA 0995 extreme white plus bulbs in place of the factory DRL halogens, whether the light coming out during DRL operation, will be white or whiter than the standard halogens.
Anyone have a definitive answer for this or have experience with this?

Blue bulbs are waste of money.
Try the 9011 HIR bulbs instead, which are proven to be brighter than 9005, and fits very well with minor modification to the bulbs.

I also tried this and noticed no difference in the DRLs, although the high beams are different IMO. I also have them in the fogs and did notice a difference. I think you won't notice a difference in the DRL's because they are on a dim setting. I have since pulled the fuse for the DRL's and fixed the problem, simply no more DRL's
