Navigation Front Speakers Only Fix?

Does anyone know how to fix the problem of navigation system only using the front speakers? I noticed some people on threads saying the dealer has fixed it but I'm wonder if its just a menu somewhere?

I never knew having it in the front was consider broken. Why would the back need the navigation audio? Maybe this is a setup option.

If I turn the stereo over 25 the back speakers easily step on the front speakers during navigation hints. This is only an issue for people who listen to the stereo at high volumes.

the nav is geared towards the driver, so i dont see why the rear passengers need to have the voice prompt piping into the rear speakers, too.

I have noticed this to be a problem at highway speeds. I think the automatic volume control of the radio goes up and you can not hear the Nav. if you turn the Nav way up, it is tooloud when traveling slowly.
