matching foglight to hids

matching foglight to hids

i was thinking of getting the mtec super white 4350K or cosmos blue 4,750K , but dont know which one will match the foglights more?!?! did anyone try these bulb colors? or did anyone found something else that matches the hid.. opinions are welcome

the matching color will be 4300k if you wanna match your foglights with your headlight

Where can one purchase Foglight bulbs in the 4300k range?

Just a bit of advice, I've tried many different types of bulbs trying to match fog colors with the HIDs. It is really hard to match HID projectors (low beams) to halogen reflectors (fogs), they never seem to look the same, so if you are willing to live with a noticeable difference (less than stock and HID, but still noticeable), then the mtec bulbs are probably close enough. However, I was never satisfied so I finally just switched to yellow fogs and stopped trying. But to each his own.

Thanks for the input. Any suggestions on where to purchase the MTEC bulbs?

So what brand bulbs did you go with and where did you get them?
