Lease Question
I know there are other threads on here that answer different parts of my question, but I'm hoping to explain my whole situation and see what others think...
I started leasing a 2012 RDX in February of this year for 36-mos with 12,000 miles per year. It has now been 5 months and I've already driven 8,000 miles. I thought my circumstances would be changing, where the 12,000 miles would be plenty, but alas that will not be enough and I will probably be way over when it's time to end the lease.
I'm thinking I'd like to somehow turn this car back in (I see there is an early termination fee in my contract, but it doesn't specify how much it is) and would like to purchase a new ILX so I don't have to worry about miles. Has anyone ever done something like this, where they would turn around and purchase another Acura after ending a lease early? Would Acura offer any deals with this? Is this a good idea, or should I just suck it up and pay the mileage fees at the end of the lease?
Any opinions are greatly appreciated.

Wow that's the second time I've heard of a RDX to ILX switch!
I'm unsure if this helps you directly. Speak to your dealer about the lease termination, it might or might not be worth your while.
Google lease take over websites and peruse, would guess that's your best bet. There's essentially a market rate of $/KM for any vehicle, you'll start to get a feel for whether you're within market or not for your model. At a glance $385PM seems market for 12k miles PA for '12s. If you've chewed up extra miles be prepared to incent. Compare that with whatever your dealer says.
FWIW Our family tends to own one car, and for my business, do lease take overs as needed - I've done Volvos, Land Rovers, and my current '12 RDX. Sometimes there's bargains out there, which might not be good for you!
Good luck!

ILX? for that kind of money (>$350mo) lease an Infiniti G and drive something more interesting.
