This a good deal? '08 Tech

2008 RDX Tech @ $35,099 w/ Splash guards, wheel locks, and trunk tray.

I've noticed other people on the forum (actually, many lately) have gotten their price down to $34,500 or lower. Anyone have suggestions on how I go about doing this? I'm speaking to two dealers in Austin and one in San Antonio currently.

take $1,000 off and you will be OK!

Just walk into the dealer and tell him $34,500 take it or leave it. This time of year, they will probably take it, especially if they have the car already sitting on their lot. If not, you can try the same thing with the other dealers.

Johnny: Sounds like it would work, but I live in San Antonio and the dealer is in Austin. :whyme:

Stay out of the dealerships, and use the Internet sales person of the dealer of your choice. Let them make you an offer, then tell them your bottom line. Then stick by it! Good luck, I just went thru this last week.

Yep, go by way of the internet and using an internet salesman to get a price you want, then go to the dealer with the internet price quote in hand.
