Drift King behind the wheel of the RDX at Willow Springs

https://acurazine.com/forums/ramblings-12/check-out-my-new-21-3-monitor-%2Apics%2A-151884/

The above links to another thread in the TL forum. The RDX was being tested by the drift king, keiichi tsuchiya, along with the TL-S, G35, and IS350. In short, here are the lap times achieved by these cars at Willow Springs:

RDX: 1:44
TL-S: 1:36
G35: 1:38
IS350: 1:38

Considering that RDX makes a lot less power and weigh a lot more, and the fact that its centre of gravity is so much higher, it did a pretty good job! If someone could just translate the article, that would be awesome!

I thought it was quite interesting myself but to be honest doesn't surprise me. I find this to be one heck of a vehicle myself and think it handles great from my experience and has a fair amount of poop to boot.

What is equally surprising is that the FWD TL-S could outpace the G35 and IS350. I would have bet anything that the RWD cars would be faster, better handlers.

lol sorry there, no vidoes yet, I will keep on looking for one though!

And yea, I was pretty surprised that hte FWD TL-S was able to beat G35 and IS350 by so much even though it has less power and torque, and weighs more. It's funny how people worry so much about the TL keeping up with the competition..but in fact...it's way ahead...lol

anyways, yea, the RDX did pretty good even though it has 50-70 less hp and weighs like 400lbs more. SH-AWD is simply awesome.
