Does this sound like a good deal !

Hi, new to this forum after trying to find lease info on a '08 RDX. Here are the numbers I'm getting from a Florida dealer. Thoughts from anyone on if this sounds like a good deal or if I should aim for less.

2008 Acura RDX Tech
Selling price- $33,236 + $595 acquisition fee
36 months/15k miles
$1999 out of pocket
$463.27 including tax per month

Residual- 50% or $18,705.00
Money Factor- .00072

Up front fees
1sy payment- $463.27
Cap reduction- $880.43
Upfront sales tax- $93.80
Tag and title fees- $192.50
Doc fee- $369

Syrah - I don't know a lot about leasing cars (I always buy mine) so not sure if negotiating or pricing for them differs. But the thing that jumps out at me is they're raping you on the doc fees. I only paid like $150 for doc fees.

this is indeed a very good deal. 1.73% APR is quite low.

No, you are paying about $1,800 profit up front. You should not have to pay acquisition fee, high doc fee, or cap reduction unless your credit is not too good.

Thanks for the info. I have very good credit, so that is good to know on the fees. I thought it sounded like a lot of money up front.

I wish getting a new car was as easy as a pair of shoes. Here is a second offer from another dealer.
With $3000.00 due at signing, including all fees, 15,000 miles per year.
$465.00 + tax for 36 months
$506.62 + tax for 48 months
