I had this problem with my OEM battery with my RDX and MDX. Zero problems once I went to interstate batteries for both (interstate in TSX also). It could just be the OEM battery ready to kick the bucket soon. I had a bad relay drawing power on my 08 RDX once; but, it took a about +3 days of sitting for the battery to be low enough not to start. I also had an alternator go bad where it wasn't fully charging the battery and running the RDX at the same time. We don't see a lot of electrical problem with the alternator, starter, or other electrical systems like a bad ground wire or power draw from a bad relay. It is usually the OEM battery.

I seem to get around 3 1/2 to 4 years from an OEM battery.

Ok I just replaced my battery with interstate. I haven't tried sitting in the car to listen to the radio. I guess I should try it.

I did purchase a battery maintainer/trickle charger when I was having all the battery issues. It has a battery % reading and I'm amazed how the battery can be from 45% to 90% on any given day even after normal driving. I've noticed my vehicle starts exactly the same at 40% as it does at 100%. Anything below the 35% range is when I start noticing problems (this is how I was able to narrow down alternator issues on my TSX/RDX and relay problem on the RDX). When my son's TSX died on the side of the road because of a bad alternator, I removed the battery and charged it for a few hours at home. I was able to reinstall, start the TSX, and drive it to repair shop without having to call a tow truck. A battery charger, jumper cables, and the NOCO Genius Boost (NOCO can charge a cell phone also) are good things to have available. I've used all three between family, friends, and neighbors at home, work, traveling, or on vacation.

I have idiot proof jumper cables in all three vehicles:
