B1 Service -- man it was expensive!

Had my A1 service done about 2 weeks ago at 6500 miles. It was $116 total, included taxes, car wash, and interior cleaning. My RDX really needed it because I recently returned from a long trip and it was covered in bugs and dirt.
I went to the dealership I bought from: Sunnyvale Acura. They shuttled me to and from work as well. A friend that works at an independent said it'd cost about the same at their shop (without the car wash) so it was a good deal.
I noticed something though: my driver's side mirror was sand blasted. I thought it was dirty from pollen or something, but it was still there after the car wash. I touched the mirror and it felt rough. I still need to talk to the dealership about it.

Went to a stealership today as i was quoted $99 on the phone and this included rotation but when i get there they tried to pull a fast one on me with smooth talk and rushing through the paperwork which was for...get this... $345.00 for a B1 at 5800 miles.
I said that's not what they quoted me over the phone and it was absurd so I said fine, just give me an oil change and they said, its 99 just for labor without filter and I said no way so they gave up and gave it to me for 74.99.
40 minutes later they came back and said they had time and just gave me a b1 service for the same price so long as i gave them a good rating on feedback.
I will - since I got a b1 for 74.99 but seriously trying to pull a fast one on me is kinda lame. the breakdown on the 345?
130 for b1 service and 153 for rotatation and fees.
nice try i'm going to big o tires and get rotated for $20

Reminds me time when I came to change rear differential only. They start questioning me who reset my MID, so I told them that I performed a service myself and only thing remaining is rear differential. They were like "hmn, OK".
Then I get my car back, paid like $100 for rear differential and on invoice see that they went through various checks, pretty much what they normally do. Well, I guess when you charge $100 for something that should only be $30-40, you can take extra 2-3 min to look under the car to make sure things look OK.
