Also keep in mind the picture looks to be taken in downtown san francisco, and this came out before the whole SF photo shoot of the RDX from Acura PR. I still think its the RDX, but who cares at this point

I have to recant and say that it is the RDX. The angle may have made it look elongated, but looking at everything else, the side mounted mirrors, chrome handle bars, etc., it's the RDX. I originally thought it might have been the Subaru Tribeca cause that's anout the only other SUV that comes close to this shape, but it's not.

The Truth
The truth to the reason I say I know it is not an RDX. The PRODUCTION RDX back window is rounded, and the whole thing is shorter in length. The reason... I work for Honda, at the plant that produces the RDX. Sorry to burst your bubble. And NO... I will not take a picture of it. I have no info if they are going to be two-tone, but the one that is sitting outside my office is not, it is all silver, I have to say it looks great!

Ok, I was going to let this die, until I saw this pic in the Motor Trend article. Yes the D pillar looks different, but that could be glare on the back window. Everything else is a dead ringer, IMO.

I concede...
I have to admit, it is an RDX you guys are right. the C pillar is painted blue instead of the final production sash tape, and the back window has had black masking added behind it to throw off anybody who sees it. The D pillar is what made it look so much longer. Thank you for the magazine photo. It has totally changed my tune. I will withdraw from this discussion and bow gracefully to all who believed I was an Idiot. Have a great day.

Nah, no one's an idiot... I also thought that it looked way to long to be the RDX, until I saw that pic in motor trend. Something about that angle does make it look like it has different proportions. I can't to see one in person (they didn't bring it to the Portland Auto Show), I'd like to know if, in person, it looks more like the streched, longer picture... or the shorter, more athletic picture.

simply... if it's not shot at the Honda development plant in Japan, it's not an 2007 MDX.. Honda is very tight liped with their new product. You will never see a 2007 MDX on the American soil until it's released.
