Unhappy Acurapartssuperstore.com - all good?

I bought a front spoiler from acurapartssuperstore.com on the 15th but haven't received it yet. I tried calling their 866 number but its out of service!

I sent an email through to the person that sent me the invoice for an eta but he hasn't responded. I wasn't sure which online parts company to use so I opted to go with them because ause the price was right but now I'm getting worried!

Does anyone have any experience using them - hopefully they are all good but with the number out of service, no response to my email and the cash being withdrawn from my visa I'm starting to get worried!

Anyone have any feedback on them?

I'm in Toronto Canada - maybe the 866 number only works in the states?

Anyone have experience ordering through them?

I finally got an email back from them. It turns out they are having trouble sourcing the front spoiler from acura. A couple other sites also doesn't seem to have them available online.

I've heard good things about currys and acuraoemparts.com - does anyone have any other suggestions and have had positive experience ordering from?

Thanks!

Update:

I ordered through currys and received my spoiler, rear diffuser and mats in 6 days!

The front spoiler was listed as unavailable on their site but I sent an email to confirm and they actually had it available.

Speedy service great price = all good

I order from http://www.oemacuraparts.com/ Simply because they are in Arizona and shipping is fast and inexpensive to Oregon (However they no longer sell/ship fluids).

http://www.acuraoemparts.com/ is Delray in Florida

http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org is Carland in Georgia

http://www.parkacuraoemparts.com is Park in Ohio

http://www.curryacuraparts.com/oemparts.html is Curry in NY

Remember, the further it has to go, the more time and money it takes.
