07 RDX - First Time Leaking Oil - Just hit 192k

I just had my brother who is a mechanic do four rotors, four pads, and two front sway bars on my 07. While on the lift he showed me two things to be concerned about, a steering rack that is starting to leak at the pinion boot area, and an oil leak that looks to be coming from the top down behind the oil pan when looking at it underneath the vehicle facing forward. We cleaned it off and I am monitoring but the area is already a bit saturated after only 40 miles of driving. I have owned this RDX since 2013 and bought it with 96k miles on it. These are the first leaks but honestly, I am not disappointed as this vehicle has been superb in reliability & maintenance wise. I might be able to buy time by doing a power steering drain/fill with Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak.

My brother thinks it could be a valve cover, oil pan, or a crack in the pan. He was running out of time and couldn't really pinpoint the area that was leaking. Has anyone had a similar leak in this general area? I am just milking this RDX out until I upgrade to something else. Really considering a 2012-2014 TL or TLX as my next vehicle.

I have a similar leak that started last year, around 180k miles. After a drive it will leave a small spot on the ground, maybe an inch or two across, so just a few drops. It's dripping off the rear-facing bolt at the back of the oil pan, but I cannot tell for sure where it's coming from. It hasn't gotten worse over the last several months, so the plan is to have it traced down next time I have the car in the shop for maintenance, and I'll decide from there if it's worth fixing. Until then, just monitoring closely.

I would replace the oil cooler gasket, vtec solenoid gasket, and valve cover gasket. All 3 of those things can cause a leak in that area and are all easy fixes...

Edit: Oil filter housing gasket, not cooler

That is the exact location where mine is leaking! Found this on the DIY but the green arrows are ones I just added and that is the area. All along the frame and bottom rear of the pan.

It builds up and eventually drips off the bolt between the two green arrows. But the surrounding area appears to be clean, and I cannot see where it is draining down to reach that bolt - nor do I know what that bolt is actually for. I need to get back under there with a good flash light and see if there's something higher up that may just not be leaving an obvious trail down to the back of the pan. Bottom of the pan and filter housing are both clean and dry.
