No, springs should last longer than 4 months.

You will eventually need a camber kit with any springs to prevent negative camber..

That's not true, an alignment will take care of a mild drop without the need for a camber kit.

moto there is no camber adj to correct alignment on the front suspension. at least on my 97 there isn't. helm says if camber is off something in your suspension is damaged. no possible adj.

prokits seem to give almost a 2" drop especially if they are already settled from being used. u will def need a camber kit. i had 2.25" drop on mine, but i did have my konis set on the lower perch.

and defintely buy those springs. nothin better then a good deal.

Get a camber kit with any springs you purchase, regardless if its a mild drop or not...you will save money on tires....promise

With my other Honda I was dropped about 2.5 inches and I was within the limits after I got my alignment.

I got my Pro Kit used from CLPower a long time ago. I've had no problems with them whatsoever. I have also never needed a camber kit and have never had to replace my tires yet.

So, yes you can buy them used with no problems. I think $60 bucks is a good price and you shouldn't need a camber kit for the Pro Kit. The drop is only 1 to 1 1/2 inches.

were you on oem tire/wheel setup? thats when the car is really slammed. it also depends on the tire. my oems barely wore uneven, but once i had winter tires way diff story and again if i would have left the camber as it was it would have ate up my soft summer tires also.

Good point, I was running 1" bigger wheels and the tires were a 55 series instead of 50 like they should have been.
