Tokico HP + (adjustable coil-over?)

Hey guys, right now i'm rollin with some Tokico HP and Goldline springs, dropped over 2", maybe 2.5! I bought them last year from a friend of mine who barely used them! I dished out just over 200$ for the set, so it was worth it!

Now... I'm leaving Montreal to go study in Toronto, i'm also getting rid of my winter beater and shit box to keep only the CL as my daily driver. I'm trying to save as much money as possible for school, so i can't start buying brand new top of the line coil-over setups!!

I'd like to get something adjustable so i can lift it in the winter and keep it nice a low in the summer. Using the Tokico HP's (i know they are not the best shocks out there..), what kind of adjustable coil-over setup can i pair it with, something decent with a good price?

Are adjustable coil-overs stiffer than shorter springs? How easy is it to drop and lift the car?

yep i would get coil overs not to pricey because your riding on them in the winter you may need to use stock springs for winter when you lift . am up state NY so i have done it on a drive way getting ready for winter on a friends ride

I don't want to change the springs every season. I won't be at home and far from my tools. I'm looking to adjust the height.

You can either get adjustable sleeves or get full adjustable coilovers. Personally I like the all in 1 coilovers

So i could use the adjustable sleeve on my Tokico HPs? And if i go for the full adjustable coilovers, my current shocks are obsolete... maybe i can sell them :P.

Has anyone had adjustable sleeves? how's the ride?

I hear adjustable sleeves are not recommended since their not sufficient for our stock struts or any other replacement struts...but to be honest my saying always go, "If it works, it works. It only doesn't work once it breaks." Lol.

I'm still thinking about doing this if I get J's KYBs or just go straight function and forms...but then It'd be a while till I get function and forms. =\

I know a couple here in SoCal that have these no names coilover sleeves that adjust from 0" to 4"...sounds fishy to me, but hey if it works and looks nice, I'd rock em...until I get what I really want. Lol.

I'd go with full adjustable coilovers, it just makes life easier haha. And I don't know how much the coilover sleeves go for, but you can usually find decent used full coilovers for a few hundred bucks around here.
If you're over in the West end of Toronto and need a hand with that stuff let me know!
