Rims ordered. Need advice on tire sizes

I took advantage of the Ron Jon deal and just ordered the Chrome 18" Servos and now I need to figure out what size tires I should get. The specs for the rims are 4 x 114.3 / 42mm offset / 64.1 centerbore (hubcentric). Right now my car isn't lowered at all. I'm looking to fill in some space in my wheelwell so can I get some opinions on what size tires to get.

i don't know much about tire sizing, but you are gonna need to know the width of the wheel.
Which is 7.5" for your Servos

depends if you want to have your spedometer read accurately or not too.

You can always get a fatter/taller tire to fill up the gap but you might lose power and fuel economy at the same time.

Just FYI the wheels in my avatar are 225/40/18s on 18x7.5s just for reference... I'm 4x4ing though but you can get an idea.

Edit: added full size

Just keep your eyes peeled for pot holes but that should go w/o saying running large wheels with low pro tires.
