Anybody has any KYB GR-2 with coilovers let me know how is the ride, knowing that they oe replacement struts, would they handle on a drop

 

I can't speak from personal experience but a friend of mine has had them on his 2G CL for close to 2 years now and I have not heard any complaints.

 

they will handle the drop but depends how long you want to ride on them. if its a replacement for about 30k then its fine. but they tend to blow after. i do have a BM thread for new ones. pm me if you want.

 

I still have the OE struts and it feels like I'm riding on the springs, it doesn't bounce much but very stiff, every bump on the road every crack and potehole hurts .I'm hoping that the KYB Gr-2 struts will make the ride a little more softer what do guys think I'm up for any suggestions or positive comments

 

maybe its the spring itself. i have Tein S-Tech with the OEM struts and its still good. Im going coilovers very soon, just after i sell these shocks.

 

thats cool im running on skunk 2 coilovers had them for a while, the ride is not smooth anymore, trying to get that smothness back
