buying tires from wheelsnext.com

I'm looking at buying some rims from wheelsnext.com for $1199 and I guess that includes 4 "free" tires and "free" mounting and balancing. My question is what brand tires do I get for free since it's seems I can't choose myself? Also I can't seems to choose the tire size because the rims say they come with 225/35/18 but I'd like 225/40/18 does anyone know how to do this?

I'd keep looking it they don't let you upgrade to the size and brand YOU want

they'll end up throwing on a cheaper, lower speed rated tire with those basic wheel packages

fyi, if you call them to place the order, you can change the tires that come with the rims. usually, most places sell their rim packages with nankang 215/35/18's. DEFINITLY beef up the tires to 225/40/18, and make sure the offset is 42mm-45mm so your car can fit the tires. i wouldn't go with nankang, i have some friends that had them, and they suck bad in the rain. i have toyo proxe fz4's, discontinued so i'm told, but they're great in all types of weather and are pretty sticky. toyo ts1's are good too but a bit pricey.

I currently have BFGoodrich G-force sport which on tirerack.com are one top 5 highest rated tires on the site for it's class. Anyways they're really good and about they cost about $115 each for 225/40/18 which is a lot less then other tires of it's quality. Could I get the tires I wanted for the same price or would they charge me more. Currently I can find the rims I want for $700 then I could buy the tires separately but if I did that I'd have to get them mounted and balanced instead of just needing them to be aligned. Has anyone had any problems with getting your tires mounted and balanced before they're shipped and then when get them you find that they did a crappy job? That would seem like it happens often.
