'99 3.0cl and 18" tsw trophy
anyone have this exact combo? i just bought a super clean (barely used) set of 18" tsw trophy with 225/40/18 kumhos...now the tire store is telling me they won't fit.
have seen other people with 1st gen cls posting that they have trophy rims on, so see no reason they wouldn't fit on my 3.0...

what are the specs on the 18's..
hmm.. according to TWS website, they show a pic of it as a discontinued model and with a 5 lug pattern.
we are a 4x114.3 lug pattern.
Again, we need the specs on the wheels please.

hmm, well they came off a '99 accord and they are a 4-lug, with hub-centric rings for the accord already on them. supposedly they are a 4x114.3 for that year accord, so i am just mystified...
anyone else's confirmation that these do or don't fit their 3.0 is appreciated...thx much!

Maybe you need to loose the hubcentric rings, OR you need to loose that shop cuz they don't know
