Very confused! need help.

I've changed the following items and still have a rotational light clunking when applying the brakes in the right side: pads and rotors, cv axle, lower ball joints, stabilizer links and middle bushings for the stabilizer bar, struts, upper control arms and hub/bearing assemblies. Any suggestions? It goes away when applying heavy brake but with normal stopping it creaks to a stop. Just took the hub out of the knuckle tonight and brought it to a mechanic who spun it and said it was fine. The only thing not correct when it's all together is the rotor screws aren't in on that side due to stripped holes for them. It was suggested to me that it could be the bearings in the differential going. Hoping that's not the case. Thanks in advance!

It's a bushing for sure

I have the same issue, All the bushings seem fine, new balljoint, coilovers, links, stab bushings... it still clunks... I think it might be a motor/transmission mount.
