I have a 97 Acura CL 3.0 with power driver side seat. It is moved all the way forward. All fuses are fine. Using the power seat switch, it will adjust in all directions up, down, and the seat back will go back and forward. However, the seat itself will not move back!! It is stuck all the way forward and ridiculous to drive. We tried replacing the switch from the seat with a new part, but the same problem persists. No way to take the seat out since it will not go back for access to the screws, ideas?

 

check the track, see if there is something stuck in the track

For some reason I recall a thread a few years ago with someone that had this problem... I thought one of the motors went bad. Can't remember.
