I've had wheels refinished before a couple of different ways. One option is to have them powdercoated. This also gives you the option of changing the color. Lots of reputable shops all over the place. The other option is places like Wheel Collision Center (www.wheelcollision.com) or Motomotion (www.motomotion.com) where you can ship your wheels to be restored to like new condition. I've had a set of wheels done at Wheel Collision and they were perfect. I've seen Motomotion's work and it's excellent as well, but have never had anything done there personally. I'm sure there may be places closer to you, just pop OEM wheel refinishing into the ol' internet search and something will come up.

Good luck!
