Random Misfire and Lines

I recently had my 97 Acura 3.0 inspected and found my fuel lines were leaking and a compression fitting was previously installed to repair a prior leak. So once the mechanic had it all done it ran fine for about 20min until I got home.

Pulling up my driveway at my farm it started sputtering and such and threw a bunch of misfire codes at me and a random Misfire code too. Each time I reset it the cylinders would be different too.

This only occurs about 2-10min after starting and driving the car and it basically chokes itself out to death, or nearly. Zero power due to the issue too. Sounds very very lean.

I have replaced the spark plugs 1k miles ago, needs an oil change (at 3500miles since last), and the EGR valve was checked and not clogged. I also had Honda do a valve adjustment for me and the engine looked new on the inside (zero oil residue) from the pics I requested from the mechanic. (Only had 2 valves that barely needed adjusted too).

I am wondering if replacing the fuel lines could have caused the fuel filter to be clogged by old debris or rust from the previous lines? I haven't change the filter since purchase 12k miles ago.
