My acura is trippin-> Somebody help me out

I put an AEM short ram intake in my 97 CL, as well as headers and a 2.5" exhaust. My check engine light is always on and sayin system too lean. I have replaced both oxygen sensors as well as a trillion other things and I'm wondering if my intake may be the problem. If you can help me out, let me know.

what's the code for you CEL?

Did you hook up all the hoses, anything not tightened down all the way?

Did you unplug the battery to reset the ECU?

Make sure all the vacum lines are hooked up. Youalso could by a cheap pressure guage and hook it up you should be around 35 to 40lbs

Because you have P0303 as well as P0171, you need to address P0171 first.

DTC P0171 - [Fuel supply system] System too lean

Possible Causes
  • Fuel Pump insufficient flow/pressure
  • Fuel Feed Line clogged, leaking
  • Fuel Pressure Regulator stuck open
  • Fuel Injector clogged, air inclusion
  • Gasoline doesn't meet Owner's Manual spec.
  • Primary HO2S (Sensor 1) deteriorated
  • MAP Sensor range/performance
  • ERG System malfunction (too much flow)
  • Valve Clearance
  • Exhaust leak

Here's the troubleshooting flow chart

Check fuel pressure
<Is fuel pressure OK?>
NO
<Is the fuel pressure too high or low?>
High - Check the fuel pressure regulator
Low - Check the gurl pump, fuel feed pipe, fuel filter, and fuel pressure.
YES
Check the primary HO2S
  1. Start the engine. Hold the engine at 3,000rpm w/ no load (in Park or neutral) until the radiator fan comes on.
  2. Check the Primary HO2S (Sensor 1) output with the scan tool.
<Does it say at less than 0.3V or more than 0.6V>
YES - Replace the Primary HO2S sensor.
NO
Check for a sticking or leaking EVAP purge control solenoid valve:
With a vacuum pump, apply vacuum to the EVAP purge control solenoid valve from the intake manifold side.

<Does it hold vacuum?>
NO - Replace the EVAP purge control valve
YES - Check the valve clearances and adjust if necessary. If the valve clearances are OK, replace the fuel injectors.
Good luck.
