Help with wifes honda!

Driving along on the highway today and my wifes 95 accord loses power and shuts off. Had it towed to the house and suspect distributer. Can anyone confirm from this video? The engine doesn't crank just what I believe to be the distributer.

my distributor is bad but still runs !! it just wont pass 3000 rpms....it sounds to be cranking fine,if it would have cranked with a looser type of sound i would suspect timing belt

It sounds like something might be wrong with your coil packing module.

Ended up being the key that locks the camshaft to the timing belt pulley. Thanks for the comments guys!
