driver door problem

I have been having some problem with my door when i try to shut it it doesnt close all the way. I have to slam it hard to get it to close. Recently though from coming home from work yesterday I noticed that my light was coming on because my door was still open but then would turn off then turn on agian. From what i remember ther was sumthing wrong with our doors on our cars from reading through the forum. Is there anyway to fix this problem?

im not sure but im thinking that it was suffering from the infamous integra door sagging problem.

U need to adjust the door latch

Mine was the same. the hinge is just loose. Just have someone hold the door up and tighten the bolts and it should be good to go.

I had the same issue. screws holding the latch in the door frame were loose. I made sure to pull the latch forward and get the screws into the threads and was good to go

hey what i did was mine did the same thing there bushings inside on the door that connects under the front fender its like 30 for a new one just fixed it, and also the 3 screws that hold the door lock sometimes come loose and you might need to tighten those.
