Bad smell skunk/drugs

I'VE SEARCHED

now that ive gotten that out of the way, allow me to explain. My interior has started to smell like skunk/weed ever since ive been making good use of the AC. All the threads ive searched have either turned into arguments about skunk vs weed smell, blaming other users for hot boxing, or telling other users to replace the cabin filter. I feel as though the cabin filter suggestion is a step in the right direction.

Now, with that said, will the cabin filter fix the problem? if so, where the hell is it? Ive read that it doesnt exist, but when i found pictures of the location, they were all broken links... just my luck eh?

If i get the right information, i will do a DIY. Promise.

Check out this thread

The issue is a clog in your condensor hose behind the dash/glovebox. This thread at least tells you where the line is. There's other threads that detail this, keep searching

Well my floor mats arent wet, but if they start, i know where to look i guess.

As for the hose, everything i searched for never mentioned the hose. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Hopefully this weekend ill get that replaced/cleaned/whatever.

Its kinda funny because some of the people posting on the "condensor hose" thread posted on the threads i was reading saying that it was a cabin filter... I'm just gonna assume it doesnt exist.
