'99 Acura CL 3.0 Auto - Noise and Vibration only when turning right PLZ HELP ASAP!
Howdy.
My car only makes the noise when turning right and especially when I accelerate(coming from left front). Some would think that this is obviously a CV boot/axle or wheel bearing issue, however we checked the CV boots/axles and they are fine. Also we actually replaced the left front wheel bearing but the problem didn't go away! We even took the car to a reputable car mechanic and he said it was the left wheel bearing....so we're stuck.
Btw, the car has 79k miles on it. I know that these cars are prone to tranny problems and I'm hoping it isn't it!
Help!

check the stabilizer linkage .. on my 2.2 the rubber bushings were cracked pretty bad and a couple were actually missing so that caused some noise and vibration when i turned.
that is what i can think of. good luck.

the balljoints are known to go bad on these cars. is it making the noise whan turning slightly to the left or like a u turn style turn. if its a u turn style then it could be your tire hitting the plastic fender guard.
