97 acura 2.2 runs cold but dies when warmed up
While driving down the highway for about 2 hours and running fine, I hit traffic and at slow speeds car stalled, it threw the codes p0336 crankshaft position sensor, p1361 top dead center sensor noise, p0302 cylinder 2 misfire detected, and p0401 egr flow insufficient. Once the car cools off completely it will start and idle fine until it begins to warm up again then idles rough and dies. I was able to start it to drive on and off a trailer without trouble, sounds fine, to ticking or noises but when it warms up it goes to hell quickly. Should I start replacing sensors, or could one be causing all this trouble? I have had trouble with EGR a couple times in recent months so I am not sure that is involved with the overall trouble, rather think it was coincidence. Should I clear codes and restart it to see what code pops first?

I went ahead and cleared the codes and restarted the car. It is 15 degrees outside, and it started just fine, sounded just fine, idled at 1600 rpms and dropped to 820 rpms as it warmed up. When coolant read 170 degrees I started hearing a slight ticking sound as it started to idle more roughly. As it got louder and idled more rough, it finally repopped P0302 cylinder 2 misfire detected and I shut it off. I didn't want to let it keep going and bend a valve or something. Why would it run fine until it reaches operating temps?
