I am getting 4-4 code on ABS. Could some please explain to me what that 'wheel lock' is and how it looks? Do I replace it or clean it, or what?

I don't have a Accord 3.0 manual, but a 97 2.5 TL manual says that "rear wheel lock" is RR wheel sensor fault (open, short, wiring), 2) RR brake drag, 3) modulator does not decrease pressure properly, and 4) faulty ABS control unit.

I would start by pulling the sensor, clean sensor, and clean lugs on the rotor underneath the sensor by stuffing a rag in the hole and turning the wheel. If that doesn't fix the move to the other possibilities. I hope it's not 3) or 4).

Either the brakes drag, the wheel sensor is installed incorrectly, or the wheel spun during cornering.
