Test fit Wings West lip whore photoshoot *just...dont even try.
Boredom...stopped being a lazy ass and since I still haven't taken shit to the paint shop I decided to just to a mock-up shoot (yes I know the lip is crooked, I didn't use the double sided tape, just screws)...and I must say, the wings west lips make quite a substantial difference despite being only hanging virtually the same amount as the stock lip. Definitely beefs up the front end. Washed and polished and waxed as usual.
Tint, lipkit, and custom eyelids and I think she's pretty much done (with exception of PERHAPS a retrofit...but doubtful as I'm a lazyass). Gave up on the 20mm spacer idea all around as I can't use the ones with the built in studs and, once again, im too lazy to press in extended studs Oh well, I think she still sits fine...thanks for looking

Looks incredible, you at least need to add a rear lip to that list

Three Wheelin'
Very nice.
Mesh wheels are the only kind I like on 1st gen CL's and the lip looks great. If I decided to mod my CL, I'd want it to look like yours. Well done.

Drifting
amazing! you simple cannot buy that kind of sexiness
I almost wouldnt tint it. It's kind of a all or nothing deal...pure black or nothing
edit; those wheels tucked like that is just perfect

it is very very nice. I'd give it a 10 out of 10. I would paint/remove the gold trim in your grille and the "A" in your trunk though. Then I would give it a 12. Gold and Chrome dont go together very well.

CL in lawnmower status
i guess you haven't seen other pics of his car to see the gold on his wheels too. And if you don't like gold and chrome together, then you must hate his wheels. Which are so sick, but i guess everyone has their own tastes. lets see pics of your car

thanks again for the feedback guys!
black is right...the wheels aren't chrome but they are full face polished (oddly enough more shiny than the triple chrome oem's that we got with the car) with gold rivets. Just kinda hard to see the gold rivets in some pics, especially considering they've faded quite a bit on these decade + old rims. Finally got a hookup on tint and will be doing 20 percent all around and dropping the car off next tuesday to do it. Can't wait....puts me a little closer to finally finishing modding this thing (which I'm getting tired of). Modding the 5th gen eyelids as we speak and getting them prepped for paint, as well the front lip...just need to scrounge up some funds to get 4 20mm spacers all around to complete this thing. The gold on black on polish is something I'm sticking with though, as it's a theme. Ideally I had different plans for the grill while keeping some of the 'gold' in tact, but I'm still unable to locate another oem 97 grill that I can butcher to my liking
If any of you can find one, it'd be greatly appreciated...thanks again guys!

Nice man, I just learned how to use my porter cable finally, so I'm practicing up on my buddy's car and then it's on to the 4runner and CL And having a garage for the CL is key, I got a 2 car and would never live without it
