New CL-S Steering Wheel

New CL-S Steering Wheel
Here are some photos of the 2nd-gen CL-S/TL-S steering wheel in my CL. I originally bought the MDX steering wheel but the color variation was too noticeable. This one matches perfectly, and is also a little thicker than the stock wheel and the MDX wheel. But it costs about $100 more than the MDX one.
Perfect match.

The MDX leather is a lot darker and the wood is also a different tone. This is also slightly thicker than the MDX wheel.
This one is part no. 08U97-S0K-270G and the box says it is for CL and TL sport models. I don't know if it came stock on any models or as an option but it is an Acura part.

CL in lawnmower status
^ why buy a new wheel just to cover it up?
and there is woodgrain where ppl get most of the wear on a wheel, so he wouldn't have to worry about it anyways

It's a perfect match though. Don't get the MDX for $100 less because it doesn't match at all, and if you're at all a perfectionist it will bother you.

Yeah I can't stand steering wheel covers. They're ugly not to mention way to thick to be comfortable to hold onto. I don't drive that much anyway, I've only drive about 10,000 milesa year, so it's not going to see much wear.

Three Wheelin'
The steering wheel swap looks great. The CL should have gotten that wheel in the first place.
The 98-99's had Classy Gray. It's quite a bit darker than the 97's Quartz Gray. I think it's also the same color interior that was available on the 99-00 Civic Si.

I'm not sure if that would match the classy gray, though.
The part numbers for these are: 08U97-S0K-210 for perforated and 08U97-S0K-210 for unperforated.

I've been looking like crazy recently for the same kind of wheel in grey. No luck

Thats the same problem I have. I have a 97 as well and the quartz grey is a problem even though I have thought about trying a black one like this and using dye to paint the air bag black but don't know how well that would look. I love this wheel though allot more than the stock on thats in my car now
