HELP!!! My driver seat is tripping

Does anyone know how to fix this? My driver seat will not move back and forward. It's the first lever, when I move it to the left or right it does nothing, but the other lever works, so I don't know if it's the motor in the seat or what. Someone please let me know, something.

"The power seat may not move properly because the synchronizer cable comes loose from the seat."

You also might consider checking you fuses if your cable isn't loose.
