finally fixed my electrical issues and finished unpacking from school.. and found a roll of hockey tape. Thinking back to what we discussed about Eyelids and the lack of them for our cars.. i decided to follow in Dainfam's footsteps.. except with a more carbon fiber look.

Looks alright on a black car...for any other color if might look like its leaking. Nice car though..the smoked signals and rims look awsome!

They're cut neat, which is good. But for total looks, they look okay. The tape would look better if it was like vinyl, i.e., glossy.

Yeah, I was thinking about using Vinyl tape.. but I held them both up to it, and I like the textured look. Looks more GM which goes well with my stockies IMO

I tried bigger, any bigger and it starts cutting into the pattern of my light. sorry, but id rather go with this and have the full light output then cover up the top part. (especially when i have trouble seeing at night)

lol, i tried eyelashes as well, but i couldnt get it to look right so i nixed it and stuck with this

I'm mixed about this. I feel like it's too busy. Gun metal wheels, chrome centers, smoked corners and flat black eyelids. my advice, gunmetal center caps, clear corners. You can also paint the tape. I like using vinyl, and color matching it on the car. Looks like the real deal and flows better. just my The mods do look correctly done.

The silver center caps are just because im trying to find some mdx gunmetal ones and dont want to roll around with nothing in there. im actually going in a different direction as well. i posted a poll a couple of weeks ago about what color theme to go with and im goin black/gold. ive been experimenting with painting the tape, and the hockey tape holds the paint much better then the vinyl does. ill be re-refinishing my wheels, center caps included come my next pay check. got alot of painting etc to do, but what i have in my head looks good, just need time to do it
