Last time I updated you folks the motor was out of the machine shop and ready to be assembled. I put my car on hold because I was in the process of picking up a bike. So now that I picked one up, I don't have any money to persue the turbo project I longed for. It was either 6g's for this or 6g's for that. Now that I have another ride, I can retire the 3.0 to my bro (who is soon to get his license). Ideally, this was the best choice. I'm having way more fun on the R1 than I would ever have in my car straight line racing. Big #'s are just braggin rights, which was my ego goin to my head. So the plan is to get my car running N/A by the time January rolls around; that way I can pimp the 4 wheels. It shouldn't be too hard. All that needs to be done is the 5 lug conversion and motor assembly. I'm saving up for a lip kit and vip style dual exhaust tips. The CL should look pretty sick. I plan on completely re-doing my turbo system after I pay off the bike. That's the update for now.

man a VIP 1st gen CL. i wanna see that. the hawaii VIP scene is probaly awesome.

his paint is nice, but i think katana's blue is the nicest.

the back of the bw kit is nice the sides are, let's say "different",but the front is :ugh: with the yellow cl's front that car would be sickness.the paint is second to none......

That'd be difficult. Majority of my CL buddies have different cars now. The only one's I know of are my two friends--which I barely see anymore. I'm sure there are more CL enthusiasts floatin around; I'll just have to start up another CL crew.

I made a lil bet with myself and Kumar. The bet is if I can get my car running by the end of December. Winner will receive a pineapple from Dole plantation. I'm gunna call the shop today to start crackin.

Once I get my shit rollin, I'll snap some flix. It's guaranteed hot shit.
