Car accident = Time to redo the body! :) ******56k beware******
So! Been a long time i didn’t posted here...
I fixed the entire mechanic problem on my CL, and right when i was done, i got a car accident....
An old granny in a caddy take the decision to come on my side of the road, smashed a bike and squized it in the front of my car....

The Hood, bumper, headlight, bumper light, grill, and a lot of other lil things needed to be changed.. the insurance wanted to classified my car as a “totalled” .... i refused...
After some ride to all the junk around my area (and further) i found a new hood, new headlight, bumper, and the other lil thing, exept for the orange bumper light that i already had....

So... after a long fight with the insurance, they gave me some money and accepted to get my car fixed... woot woot!
I gave the contract to a good friend, he have a body shop....
He fixed ALL the rust and the lil damage all around the car! ...

I wanted a Deep Black with a Dark Violet pearl, the kind of paint the Integra 2000 have....
My friend told me he’ll do something special....
So.. after
3 layer of Pure Jet Black
1 layers of HS clear
2 layers of HS clear + Custom Deep Violet Pearl
3 other layers of HS clear.....

Hey! Ur liscence plate... Quebec. Are you by any chance in Montreal? I just finished my car also, it came back from the bodyshop from a complete tlc treatment! We should meet, do a photoshoot or something.
BTW, very nice color.. and the guy seemed to have done a much better job than on my car -_-. Grrr

Well, im living near Victoriaville, like 1h30 from Montreal.. but i'm almost always there when i hav a chance lol..So no prob for the photoshoot, i have a friend that do this, and he's @#%@ awesome ^_^
The only "prob" is i was panning to store the car for the winter right after the bodyshop... but well, we still can plan something

I was thinking about storing the car.. but its not worth it.. i'll just leave it on my driveway. With a good rustproof and a good winter wax, it should be alright for the winter.
I think next summer would be better for the photo shoot, :P. I don't have my rims and my drop.. so as soon as it looks alright next year, I'll shoot u a message!

Well, the damage was not so bad, but the insurance wanted to "scrap" the car... because they said it would cost more to repair it then to buy another one... (3700$CND of damage) ... but anyway... i got mad and they accepted to just give me the money in the condition that i repair the car and if it cost more, i pay it myself.
The F20b SirT is AWESOME~!!
The feeling to go rev to 8k, the sound, when the vtec open, its just crazy. The LSD tranny (t2t4) is so short, incredible, the car is always ready to go faster and faster, no need to downshift at all.
The only problem is the leak of torque compare to a H22. The f20b only have 145lbs/torque.
But i'll probably buy some adjustable camgear and a programmable P28 ECU and then go offer a little dyno run to my CL.
But def. you have more power and torque then a f22b1 sock. The feeling isn't the same, same goes for the fun

Sory, no pic yet, we had snow last 2 days and i had to work all day long so didn't had the time to take daypics.. but soon.. a friend when to do a photoshoot before i store her for the winter!
For teh wheelgaps, you realise how low i am? lol ...
My tires aren't the good size, this size was from my previous car, a Hyundai Accent ( lol) and my tire was still good so... anyway, i got some nice 18" wheels + tire and i'llswap them on my car next summer but for now, she will keep this set of shoes and have wheels gap :P

And i just came back from the CanAm!

I changed a lot of thing on her.
New Swap, i now have a H23 Vtec/T2t4 LSD Tranny.
F20b SIR-t Intake + Cam shaft swapped on it too.
and some 19" Wheels!

I got the car wednesday from the swap so i didn't had time to take a lot of picture!
But you can see her in some picture from the CanAm ride!
