when you guys really see the hood i don't think you would try to restore it but im not shipping that hood. its not worth it.

i wished i could but it wasn't offered in anything bigger. maybe i should use some 5 or 10mm spacers.

hmm. looking for good spacers, anybody have any good ideas where to look? Probably 10mm would be fine.probably need to roll the fenders to be flushed. need to get some wheel locks too.

How come you didn't spray the CF hood your car color, instead of buying a new hood?

wow, i let this thread riot for a lil bit. lol an update. still here still running somewhat. i did make a change to the car. im hoping to send it to the body shop within the next month or so. I sold the rims because of losing my job sometime in october. I dunno if ill get rims now. but its gonna be awhile. i have grown fond of my stock wheels.

yes i know about my grille. thats my problem. the previous grille flew off when i was driving and ripped out where the bolts supposed to secure.

well i haven't done anything recent. but i did have an unfortunate incident with my CL over the 4th of july weekend. Some girl decided to back into my car being pissed at her mom.

it doesn't seem there is frame damage. so i don't think that the girl's insurance is going to salvage it. Well i won't let them do it. Good news is that ill have everything fixed on the CL at one time. probably done in 2 weeks.

Thanks man. im having the other dent from along time ago fixed also. then since the weather sucks over here my trunk needs to be painted. Then the CF hood will be sanded to take off the clear coat to refinish with a fresh clear coat with also the grill area fixed. and finally the front bumper will be painted as well. i got a super good deal from a good friend of mine who does awesome jobs in body work.
