Smile Rear spoilers for a first gen CL

I'm thinking of getting a rear spoiler for my CL. I don't know if I'm going to get a stock one though. I heard the M3 style spoiler looks good on it, but I've never really seen one on a first gen CL.
Does anyone have any pics or suggestions?

search for Newbee...i think he has a type R spoiler (?). it doesnt look bad, but the stock one looks better. also, look up ghettoninja, i think he put a stock spoiler on his car.

that m3 lip looks like it could be made outta duct tape. and it prop costs 200 dollars. go to a junkyard and try to find a stock one

Here is the one I have that I thought was stock but someone pointed out it doesn't have the center brace so I dunno. It looks good though.

I'm not a fan of the m3 spoiler, but my car came with the stock spoiler, I prefer either the stock spoiler or a 2nd gen spoiler (above) which doesn't have the center mount, but personally the only spoiler that I think belongs is the stock one

Cool, we'll it looks good IMO. I was going to dig around to see if I could find any part numbers to try to figure out exactly what it was.

You simply disconnect your 3rd brake light, and plug the harness into the wing's harness

yea ive got a second gen spoiler that i painted to match my car and decided i didnt want to put it on. My dad gave me the spoiler when i bought he car from him. He tried to talk me into mounting it when he had the car.. really glad i didnt tho.. i think our cars look so clean with nothing on the trunk but just my 2 cents

Yeah, stock spoiler FTW. It matches the car's body lines, something many of the others out there simply do not do. OEM spoiler was the first thing I bought.
