^^^ its pretty simple to do...and cleans couple things:
1> put half can in your gas tank which has about 3-4 gallons in it....this cleans the lines and the injectors
2> put a can in your engine oil case....this cleans the plugs and any crud in your engine....i recommend doing an oil change in the next 100-150 miles of doing this....
3> put the remaining half can in your vac port using "sip sip or slurp slurp" technique....this cleans your TB/Manifold etc....
after this go for a nice drive....hit vtec couple times....
do an oil change the following day....
enjoy higher mpg's....

^^^ yes....if you put the oil in the crankcase....it is advisable to switch ur spark plugs...
but if you put it in the fuel tank/vac port no need to switch ur spark plugs....
I used to do seafoam every 5K miles with 2 cans (1/2 fuel tank, 1/2 vac port and 1 crankcase) and switched me spark plugs ONLY the 1st time i did so....every other time i didnt switch my plugs....

^^^ crankcase is where you put ur engine oil....
I would go with NGK's Laser Iridium....they are good for 80-100K miles depending on your driving conditions/style....
They are about 7-8 bucks a pop....Advance Auto Parts has a deal when you spend $75 you save $30.....pick em up there (coupon code is BIG30).....order online and either pick up from store or free shipping on orders more than $75...
