just bought a 97 acura cl 2.2 with a rebuilt tranny 137k miles i really bought it because there good on gas but now im tempted to add a few things for more horse power without losing mpg any suggestions? also being thst has 137k im afraid to open it up to see if v tech works should i be scared

 

137k really isnt much for these things. i got 210k on my 3.0cl and i open her up all day every day. as for adding a few horse power. cold air intake is pretty much the easy way out. its nto a ton. anywhere from 5-15 hp. but you can get one off ebay for like 40 bucks or so.
