Youve got to be kidding me

Ok so I took the car in for an inspection today. Tell me why the lady calls and tells me I need to replace left and right axle parts as well as the left side axle seal. Im not paying for it, but its going to set the parents back $660 for both sides and about $117 for the seal. Is this a reasonable price? Or should I go somewhere else? And should this even be worn out now at 86k miles?

rip-offff. Rebuilt axles are 60$ each. To change them, its arround 2-3 hours. 50$/h=150$+120

I just paid $400 for a tow, axle replacement and balljoint replacement, doesn't seem that far off, if they're using new axles and not remans
