WWW button does not show up for anyone?

WWW button does not show up for anyone?
I know that I will only see the button appear when someone chooses to include their website in their profile but I cannot see any WWW links.
Something is messed up (only on this computer) that wont show the button. When I login on other computers the www works fine.
juniorbean believes the button is java based.
I tried installing the latest version of Java. I ran the test programs on Java's website to make sure it is working correctly.
I tried searching around Vbulletins website but didnt find anything about this problem.
Anyone know whats up with this?

I was trained on MACs back in the late 80's while working in the graphic arts industry. Now I only use PCs.
